Subject: Which floor covering should I choose? Hi everyone, Please advise us what to do. Me and my husband finally managed to obtain a home improvement loan and we decided firstly to change the floors. Considering that we have small children of 3 and 7 years old we were wondering if wood floors are the best solution? Subject: Which floor covering should I choose? Ceramic tile goes great any where and is a big seller as long as it looks good with the color in the room. As for dark wood, be careful too dark and it will scare off some buyers. Make sure whatever you decide on looks good with its surroundings (wall color, furniture, drapery) as these can make a huge difference when it comes time to sell. Let perspective buyers see the home furnished and if you choose the right combination's its money in the bank. stainless sinks |

For me wooden floors are the best because you have small children.I think it is the best choice for the interior home design and safe for the children . |

Congratulations to Home Improvement Loan!  For the floors I would suggest hard wood floor in the lining room and bedroom area and ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathrooms. Especially with children you will need a flooring that is easy to clean. Home Decor Accents | Garden Accents |
